We are involved in the quantitative research of concepts and products, measuring customer satisfaction with a good measure of creativity, taking advantage of multimedia and the interactive web.
As well as using traditional and internet methods we can also offer innovative “Eye-Tracking” technology for communication analysis and “Bio-Metrics” to create a study on suitability and web usability.
In this area, our strength is the interpretative model of the data: the “display triangle”.

Finally, we carry out Web Panel for exclusive use of a single customer (My Smart Panel): Panelist are motivated with a fidelity card with wich they can collect points also while shopping or doing fuel.
